Found Seago's city. He managed to achieve it by constructing the shop and clearing the timber on his land. His shop featured goods and groceries .

Learning establishment to be has been situa ed in an area and erected in Seago. Professor J.T Doss constructed the next school that was made from framework in 1880 but it was ruined by fire in 1909. The school served as an school and was constructed from bricks in 1910. It was located on a website that is inhabited by Seagoville Elementary School.

Result of this T & NO Rail Road. This made the community bustle. Additionally, it meant that taxpayers did not have to travel to Lawson for miles so as to receive their mail. Farmers profited from the rail road rather than using wagons since they could transport their cotton. Before the railroad, The Trinity River had locks in which river barges could receive the Seago cargo. Once the area experiences severe drought portions of these locks can still be seen.
